Best Choice is definetly the best name for your real estate office. Kevin Louden is the agent that assisted us in our purchase. Kevin walked us through step by step of the entire home buying process. Herculaneum, MO 63048 Dear Rhonda & Jerry, A few days ago, I closed on the purchase of a home with the assistance of one of your agents, Maria Guzman. I felt it necessary to comment to you about my experience with Maria. I met Maria after contacting your office about a home for sale in Festus. She informed me that the house was under contract but offered to help me find another house. Over the next couple of months, she worked with me to find the right house. She quickly investigated severeal possibilities and provided me with all the information for me to make sound decisions. I finally decided to purchase a home that was for sale by HUD. Although Maria had never been involved with a HUD home before, she spent hours researching the bidding process and procedures for submitting a contract. We electronically submitted a bid and secured the home. She then gathered all the paperwork and submitted a package to HUD that the representative from HUD said was one of the best she had ever seen. Sept. 10, 2003 Tony, I am not really very good at expressing myself and I know that I haven't yet thanked you for finding me such a great house. THANKS FOR FINDING ME SUCH A GREAT!! HOUSE, TONY!! It has everything I was looking for. Three bedrooms with nice closets, a great kitchen, family room, basement and lots of shelves for storage. AND lets not forget the level driveway! I will really be saying thank you this winter when it snows. I was really surprised when I opened your card and found your thank you gift. I really wish you hadn't done that and I am seriously thinking of returning it to you. You don't need to thank me for anything. You have given me and continue to give me something that is more precious than all the money in the world and that is you precious time. I owe you so much. All the time you spent running around looking at real dumps that I should have checked out first and never once complaining. Not letting me buy a house that was substandard even though I found certain aspects of it really appealing and without you there to advise me I probably would have bought it. The time you are spending doing the fix up jobs on the house. I appreciate it all. Your company, your stories, your laughter. You probably don't realize that being around you made me stop and think about how I was really just existing and not really living life to it's fullest. You have awaken my interest in life again and getting out and doing things. Slowly at first. Moving out of one house and into another has rather worn me out.
